About the Member:

Miss Bāo is a full-service Asian fusion restaurant & bar located in downtown Kingston, target to open December 2019. Our vision is to redefine the future of the hospitality industry with the intention of promoting a more sustainable food culture. We are currently working towards a zero-waste operation

 
Highlighted Sustainability Projects:

Current:

• Eliminate all organic garbage in our kitchen by composting on-site and using that very compost to grow microgreens with our in-house garden system.

• To reduce our ecological footprint, we have opted for a menu that is 50% vegan and vegetarian, and we are adamant in our policy to have no single-use plastics in our restaurant.
