*Metrics included in the carbon footprints vary among members. All include electricity and natural gas consumption at a minimum, and many members also track the use (and associated carbon emissions) of elements such as water, landfill waste, recycling, compost, and fuel use by fleet vehicles. All analyses are in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard as published by the World Resources Institute and World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
