In June, Toast & Jam and the Bread & Butter Bakery completed a waste audit of the daily waste generated by the cafe and bakery to assess for waste diversion opportunities. One opportunity was to pass on organic waste to a local farmer, who regularly picks it up to feed his farm animals.
