You’ve probably seen the orange bikes around town, but what’s it all about?
The City of Kingston launched a bike-share pilot program in 2017 as part of the City’s efforts in making Kingston a cycle-friendly community.
Sustainable Kingston is hosting an event with Dropbike Inc. and the City of Kingston about the new bike-share pilot program. Whether you are an avid user or would like to know more about the Dropbike program, this event will explain it all.
What to expect at this Lunch ‘N’ Learn:
- Who is Dropbike?
- How does it work and why? Get a Dropbike Demo!
- What is the bike share pilot program all about?
- The bigger picture – how does the bike-share align with Kingston?
This Lunch ‘N’ Learn event is a brown bag lunch and will take place at Springer Market Square Amphitheatre from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Everyone in the community is welcome and the event is free. Please RSVP through Eventbrite.
Dropbike wants your input!
Dropbike wants to know where they should place 'Havens' or parking spots in Kingston that will be used by Dropbike riders to safely park their dropbikes.
