Sustainable Kingston’s mission is to enhance the livability and resiliency of Kingston. So, on June 14th we are excited to host Living Wage Kingston for a Lunch ‘n’ Learn on the topic of a living wage for Kingston.

Living Wage Kingston notes that: “The benefits of a living wage go far beyond people who would be able to pay their own way and not rely on charity. Making a community-wide commitment to ensuring that everyone can make enough to support themselves with dignity costs less in the long run. Living Wage Kingston is urging everyone to pull together so that we all make a long-term investment in Kingston’s future.”
