Roll out the Green Carpet! Introducing the Sustainable Leadership Awards
Spring is a time of celebration! And on May 24th Sustainable Kingston is doing just that! After an exciting, and momentous 2016, join us at the Residence Inn by Marriot for Sustainable Kingston’s First Annual Evening of Recognition. Teaming up with local providers and globally respected experience, this event is an excellent excuse to pause and reflect on the progress Kingston is making towards becoming a more sustainable city.
Come and enjoy a delicious three-course meal by Tulips & Maple Catering, sip samples from the McKinnon Brothers Brewing Company, and listen attentively to our keynote speaker Mr. John Coyne, the Vice-President of Unilever. Most importantly, however, come and help recognize the winners of Sustainable Kingston’s 2016 Sustainable Leadership Awards.
This year, 5 Sustainable Leadership Awards will be presented, 3 of which will be presented to members of Sustainable Kingston’s Green Economy Program. The awards offer an opportunity to recognize and celebrate outstanding individuals, businesses, and organizations enhancing the livability and resiliency of Kingston.
